Los Angeles trio LANY release their Spotify Singles today featuring a stripped-down version of their own hit single “Super Far” which has over 56 million streams on Spotify alone and a cover of Harry Styles’ single “Sign of the Times.” The band continues the tradition of stripping down their hit tracks with “Super Far” in the Spotify Singles recording as seen from their past success with “ILYSB – Stripped” which has garnered over 30 million collective streams. “Super Far,” co-written by Grammy winning songwriter Ryan Tedder, broke Spotify’s Top 200 Charts and Top 50 Viral Songs Globally, and the music video directed by Isaac Ravishankara (Hozier, Aurora and Kesha) currently has over 2.3 million views. The trio has been on the road nonstop for the past two years, playing 117 in 2016 and will end 2017 with 135+ shows in 28 countries under their belt making them one of the hardest working bands in the business. They recently wrapped a 3-week tour in Asia and performed at the Reading & Leeds festivals in UK before returning to the U.S. to headline their 32+ U.S. run as part of The LANY Tour: Part 2. The band has already sold over 30k tickets in North America for their fall tour. Due to the success of the current tour, the band has added second nights to Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles markets and a third night to the New York market.
