If Our Last Night didn’t have a solid career behind them making their own music, they could very well make one as a cover band. Since 2013, the band has put out over 30 song covers spanning multiple genres. In case you don’t have time to listen to every cover, we’ve narrowed it down to the top 10.

Our Last Night have turned Kendrick Lamar‘sHUMBLE. into a hardcore song while managing to keep the song’s identity intact. The band’s take on the track is both interesting and engaging.

9. "Habits" - Tove Lo

The band’s cover of Habitsby Tove Lo starts off slow before leading into a hard rock chorus, creating a nice balance for the cover.

8. "Stressed Out" - twenty one pilots

This cover of twenty one pilots’ “Stressed Out is a refreshing take on a popular alternative song. Even if you’re tired of hearing the original song on the radio, Our Last Night’s cover of the song is a unique hardcore rendition that makes the track enjoyable again.

7. "Black Beatles" - Rae Sremmurd

It’s difficult to say that Our Last Night are bad at creating their own versions of popular songs. They blew their cover of Rae Sremmurd‘s hip-hop track “Black Beatles” out of the water with hardcore vocals and a balance of slower rock elements.

6. "Havana" - Camila Cabello

OLN’s cover of Camila Cabello‘sHavana absolutely smashes, with powerful hardcore verses that perfectly complement the rest of the track. They turned this song into a total jam.

5. "Can't Feel My Face" - The Weeknd

The band’s cover of “Can’t Feel My Face” by The Weeknd stays pretty true to the original song, adding rock elements throughout the whole track with a surprise mid-song that adds their own twist.

4. "Radioactive" - Imagine Dragons

As if Imagine Dragons‘s original version of “Radioactive” didn’t go hard enough, Our Last Night created a cover that gets the job done. Even as one of their earliest covers, it’s also one of their best. It goes hard and stays as upbeat as the original.

It’s probably safe to say that many people who like hardcore are quick to dislike One Direction. Our Last Night’s cover of “Drag Me Down” is so solid and would please anyone who had their doubts about the song. The band’s addition of Matty Mullins‘s vocals was a great choice and really pushed the cover over the edge.

2. "Eleanor Rigby" - The Beatles

Of all the covers of The Beatles‘s popular track “Eleanor Rigby,” this is one of the best. Our Last Night stayed true enough to the song to keep it recognizable and, of course, added their own twist that made it really enjoyable to listen to. It’s difficult to cover The Beatles well, but the band exceeded all expectations.

Originally by Logic and featuring Alessia Cara and Khalid, the track “1-800-273-8255” is a powerful song. Our Last Night made sure to highlight the lyrics in this cover while maintaining their own sound and placing emphasis on the positive notes. The song’s title is the phone number for the National Suicide Prevention Hotline, available 24 hours a day as confidential support for those who call.
