Last weekend, Self Help made a stop in Orlando for the first time ever. With renowned bands on the bill such as Moose Blood, Wage War, and State Champs, the opening acts made it clear that the day was going to unravel into something amazing. The Plot In You and Bad Omens opened their respective stages, which drew large crowds from the start. The festival was set up perfectly where fans could go back and forth between stages with ease. The day itself had the perfect weather, something everybody hopes for during the hot days of Florida. It was nice for Self Help to make a stop in Florida, a state that lacks festivals that aren’t EDM, Country or Hip Hop heavy. Florida only gets a dose of pop punk and hardcore bands with Warped Tour, so the festival’s appearance was worth the travel regardless if you came from the city of Orlando, or somewhere as far as Miami or Jacksonville. Underøath brought some rain with them before A Day To Remember, which was steady the remainder of the night, but that made the show that much better. Check out our coverage of the show below!
