Buddy Nielsen and Senses Fail returned to Detroit over the weekend to play to a sold out St. Andrews Hall, performing “Still Searching” in its entirety to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the band. Nielsen himself called the show, “one of the best that Senses Fail has played in Detroit.”
Nielsen and his bandmates still put on the high energy performance that fans have come to know from the act, playing songs like “Can’t Be Saved”, “Calling All Cars”, “Sick or Sane (Fifty for a Twenty)” and “Still Searching” from album.
For the encore, Senses Fail played songs from other records like “Blackout” and “Buried A Lie”.
Hardcore band Counterparts served as direct support on the night, following up for the more mellow Movements, bringing the high energy and intense set that one would expect from a hardcore band.
Like Pacific opened the night.
