SWITCHFOOT BRO-AM is back for its 14th Annual Beach Fest
Featuring surf contests, live music, and fundraisers for local youth programs, SWITCHFOOT’s 14th annual BRO-AM Beach Fest is back for the summer taking place on Moonlight Beach, Encinitas.
Kicking off with the Benefit Party sponsored by Viasat on June 28th, the fundraiser will feature live performances from the 91X Battle for the Bro-AM winner and the host SWITCHFOOT. Bringing together organizations such as A Step Beyond, Challenged Athletes Foundation, Feeding San Diego, Rob Machado Foundation, Stand Up for Kids and VH1 Save The Music.
The Beach Fest will continue on June 30th for the main event. Starting with several surf events such as the BRO-Am Team Surf Contest, The Rob Machado Bro Junior Surf Contest, the Challenged Athletes Foundation Kids’ Adaptive Surf Series, giving an opportunity with kids with physical challenges to compete and the Surf Joust Expression Session.
The first act of the day will be the winner of the 91X Battle for the BRO-AM followed by Sure Sure, Colony House, and SWITCHFOOT.
After 14 years, SWITCHFOOT’s BRO-AM has gathered over 17,000 people granting focus on initiatives for a better future in our communities through the power of music, art, surf, and education.
