Voodoo Festival took over a section of City Park in New Orleans, Louisiana this year for its twentieth anniversary. This years festival brought together an eclectic group of performers from Zeds Dead, to Marilyn Manson, to Mumford and Son and everyone in between.

The festival is spread over the three days of Halloween weekend and features a haunted house, a large food court full of classic New Orleans eats, five stages, art installations and more! The spooky spirit is in the air as many members of the crowd and the artists come dressed in their best costumes.

There truly is no better way to spend Halloween weekend than in the spookiest city in America celebrating music and culture with 45,000 fanatic music lovers.

The fall weather rolled in just in time to put everyone in the ultimate Halloween mood. Unfortunately storms rolled in the Thursday before the fest as well, bringing mud, and a lot of it. Nevertheless, the shows continued. Kevin from Hippie Sabotage put it best when he said simply, “people in this city love to have fun” and you can certainly feel that spirit when you walk around Voodoo Fest.
